Each class begins on a chair with a warm up sequence based on a series of fluid spinal motions which will increase your range of motion, strength, and coordination, and prepare your body and mind for the day: whether you wish to stay and dance with us, or you plan to head to work. GYROKINESIS® is suitable for everybody, with no age limit.
