How are you moving today? Gently wake up the support of your centre, find more space in your hips and shoulders and move your spine in all directions. This class will get you ready for your day, give you a a working base in functional anatomy and help you learn to build strength and coordination where you need it most. Excellent class choice if you are recovering from injury, or want more information on how to find better alignment and stability.
